Monel Channel

Hastelloy Channel

When exposed for prolonged periods at intermediate temperatures, Hastelloy Angle exhibits a loss of room temperature ductility in much the same fashion as some other solid – solution –strengthened super alloys. Wear results shown in Hastelloy Chain is generated for standard matching material room – temperature pin on disc tests, where wear depths are given as a function of applied load.

SMO 254 Channel

SMO 254 Angle has been shown that nickel has very little statistically detectable effect on pitting corrosion resistance over the full range of austenitic stainless steels. When SMO 254 C-Channel is not satisfactory for use in a particular application due to susceptibility to SCC, then selection of the other alloys for that application would be an exceedingly risky proposition.

Titanium Channel
MRCO STEEL is a known manufacturer and exporter of Titanium Other Products, which is stronger than and equally corrosion – resistant against most applications. Titanium Angle is least used of the commercially pure titanium grades, but that does not make it any less valuable. Titanium C-Channel can also be easily machined, hot worked and welded, where hot working should be performed between 400 Degree F and 600 Degree F. Titanium Chain is not heat treatable, and is used for condensers & heat exchangers.
